Since 2006, the company has been developing systems to enable online ticket booking for the travellers to facilitate quick and easy access across Australia. The system ran across multiple platforms for target different states. Finally, decision was made to bring in all the ticketing systems into one single platform covering the entire continent. The goal was to gather all their products and services in the same place, to offer their customers the best experience possible.
The LemonPeak team helped the company built an online ticket booking
system that enables booking all modes of transport into a single platform.
Brainstorming sessions arrived at a technology stack that ensured security
for payments and a smooth operation user experience. Our roles included:

We took an extra leap by making it possible for the system to book both domestic and international tickets for the users.
