• CallSync AI: call audio, call transcripts, and metadata (call duration, timestamps, phone numbers) collected when the voice agent interacts with a caller on behalf of a client. This data is processed to qualify leads, generate transcripts, and improve the product, and is subject to the terms agreed with the business deploying CallSync AI.
